I still have leftover pork from Wednesday night’s dinner, so I’m going to use that up tonight.
- Saute broccoli and cauliflower in butter until cooked, but not soft. You can also add baby carrots, onions, peppers, or whatever other veggies you like.
- Add already cooked (and cut into bit sized pieces) pork.
- Add seasonings according to your own preference. I usually add minced garlic to the butter before I saute the veggies, along with some turmeric.
If you’ve never heard of turmeric, look it up! It goes great in chili or any meat dish, really. And the health benefits are out of this world! I put it in everything!
